Imperial Institute of Advanced Management working under the auspices of R R Educational Trust ® was founded by Sri.Y Srinivas - a Civil Engineer by profession and an Industrialist par excellence & Prof.Venkatesh S Shastry, a senior educationist with a rich corporate experience of Two and a Half decades.

The venture was initiated with the purpose of imparting quality management education to aspiring youngsters, during the academic year 2019-2020. An extensive study of the problems in Management Education and Industry necessities was made to arrive at the goals of the Institution.

Our objective is to educate and train budding future managers to develop capability to lead business enterprises successfully in attaining their corporate goals, and thus set a standard for others to emulate. The Institution is guided by a band of dedicated professors, professionals, academicians.
